Eligibility & Annual Fee
As long as you are a Singaporean / Singapore PR who is at least 21 years of age, and can present proof of S$30,000 minimum income annually, you are eligible to apply for the AMEX CapitaCard. If you are a foreigner, the required proof of annual income is at least S$60,000.
