ALTHEA MALAYSIA’S RETURN POLICY

Althea Malaysia offers a 30-day unconditional refund, with the return shipping fee covered by them. This means that it is literally FREE to return an item that you’ve purchased by mistake! The returns need to be made within 30 days of receiving the item, and the item needs to be packaged in its original box with the invoice. Also, note that promotional items are not accepted for returns and/or exchanges.

If you’ve accidentally purchased an item that you will not be using, simply ship the item back to Althea’s address (which will be specified on the parcel). Althea Malaysia will then refund a maximum of RM6.00 for the return shipping charges. However, international shipping charges that cost RM30.00 or more, will not be refunded.

A minimum of 7 working days from the date Althea receives the return package is needed for the refund to be credited into your account.
