Starting from the Nasi Briyani corner, diners can treat their taste buds with the exquisite taste of Malay and Indian cuisines highlighting fragrant rice with savoury and tender meat. And of course, don’t forget the all-time favourite Singapore Laksa. Watch in awe as the chef whips up a delightful bowl of piping-hot authentic Katong Laksa just for you. A corner designated for fresh seafood (i.e. seafood on ice), salads (DIY), bread and nuts, sashimi and noodle assortments are also available.
