With live interactive kitchen stations manned by master chefs ready to cook up exquisite delights a la mode, food counters offering premium signature dishes and exquisite cocktail bars, diners need not look for more. Upon entering the restaurant, guests are greeted with a spacious and stylishly modern dining hall accented with elegant wood furnishings and Asian-inspired tableware and fiery kitchen stations. Diners can start their taste exploration by nibbling on artisan cheeses and artfully presented breads followed by sublime Chinese cuisines created to entice taste buds. These sections’ highlights include Swiss Cheese Raclette prepared a la minute, Dim Sum and savoury soups. On the Japanese section, Edge amped up the competition by offering a live Tempura Mori station cooking up the most delectable tempura delights such as Kisu fish and Yasai Kakiage in addition to the usual fresh sashimi and sushi found on other buffet spread. Savoury dishes prepped with fresh herbs and spices such as Naan, Tandoori meats, curries and Tom Yum Seafood soup are available for partaking at the Indian and Thai stations.
