The Promotion period is from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive). Payment must be made with a Citibank Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion. Valid for small-sized beverages only, limited to selected beverages. Free upsize promotion is only available for beverages from Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays. Not valid with other promotions and/or discounts. 1-for-1 beverages promotion is limited to two (2) redemptions per transaction, for four (4) drinks per redemption. Not valid on public holidays and other blackout dates and festivals as determined by the restaurant. Citibank's and OUE Restaurants’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
