Valid​ from 20 Dec 2019 - 31 Dec 2021 This promotion is only applicable at Gardens by the Bay’s Bayfront, Canopy and Floral Fantasy Ticketing booths. This promotion is NOT applicable to Online Ticket purchases. Each SAFRA Card cardholder can purchase up to 4 discounted Singapore Resident admission tickets, per transaction. Floral Fantasy Weekday admission tickets have time-stamps and visitors will have to choose the available time slot for the date of their visit. Visitors must visit the Floral Fantasy within the selected 1-hour time slot. Example – Visitor selects 20 Jan 2020, 3 to 4pm time slot. He / She must come on 20 Jan 2020 and enter Floral Fantasy, between 3 to 4pm. Floral Fantasy Weekday admission tickets are for single admission only and re-entry to Floral Fantasy is NOT allowed. Floral Fantasy Weekday admission tickets will ONLY be valid on the selected date of visit (weekday) and selected time slot. Floral Fantasy Weekday admission tickets will ONLY be valid on the weekdays, Mon to Fri, excluding Public Holidays. Expired or unused Floral Fantasy Weekday tickets are not allowed for refund / to change to another ticket type. Visitors who have missed their selected time slots, must purchase new Floral Fantasy Weekday admission tickets, for the next available time slot and/or weekday, for admission to Floral Fantasy. Proof of residence is required upon purchase of the Singapore Resident Conservatory admission tickets or upon admission to the Conservatory. Floral Fantasy includes a 4D ride experience. As a precaution, the 4D ride experience may NOT be appropriate for guests who are pregnant / wheelchair-bound / with heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure / motion sickness / dizziness / back or neck injuries / after recent surgery and/or other physical limitations. Guests who are sensitive to scents may also NOT appropriate for this ride. Estimation waiting time for the 4D ride may up to 20 minutes. Height requirement for the 4D ride is 1m and above. This promotion is not applicable to admission rates of Conservatory, OCBC Skyway, Auto Rider, Outdoor Gardens Audio Tour and Shuttle Service. Singapore Resident Adult admission ticket is valid for Adult aged 13 to 59 years old. Singapore Resident Child admission ticket is valid for Child aged 3 to 12 years old. Singapore Resident Senior Citizen admission ticket is valid for Adult aged 60 years old & above. No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired tickets. Admission ticket purchased is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and is only valid for the day of entry. This promotion is not valid with any other offers / promotion.
