- Apply for an American Express Credit card through the Cardable landing page and complete the redemption form to be eligible for the “Offer” of a S$100 NTUC Voucher.
- Offer is valid for eligible credit card application approvals from 24 July 2018 – 31 August 2018.
- The Voucher will be mailed to your provided address by 30 September 2018. Else, please kindly contact [email protected] for support.
- Valid for approved applications for one of the following American Express Credit cards:
- American Express CapitaCard
- American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card
- American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card
- American Express True Cashback Card
- American Express Platinum Credit Card
- Eligible Applicants will only be entitled to receive one voucher per Eligible Applicant, regardless of the number of Credit cards you have applied for.
- I agree to Cardable collecting, using and disclosing the information completed in this application form in accordance with its privacy policies.
Instructions on how to redeem
After completing your application for an American Express Credit Card, a 14-Digit Reference number will be shown to you on the American Express Page. Save this number for the redemption process.
An email will be sent to you from Cardable with redemption instructions. Alternatively, you can go straight to the redemption form.
How to find your 14-digit reference number?
The 14 Digit Reference Number can be found on the Thank You Page, right after you’ve completed your application on the American Express Website.
