HERMO MALAYSIA’S SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Hermo Malaysia has a 14 days Unconditional Refund policy, which means you’re able to return your items if you’re unsatisfied with their quality. If your package has been damaged during shipment or the product is in the wrong shade/type, you can also get a full refund for the item. Do take note of some conditions that you have to meet in order to refund your item:

1. Returns need to be made within 14 days from the date of purchase

2. Damaged items need to be returned with their original box and receipt

3. If you purchased anything during promotional events (eg Hermo Malaysia anniversary, MyCyberSale or Christmas), the items are not eligible for return and exchange

It is also important to let the customer service team at Hermo Malaysia know about any defects/faults before returning the item in order to successfully process the refund request. The return item will be assigned to a courier that Hermo Malaysia has engaged, and the return parcel tracking number for all items needs to be provided.

After sending back the package containing the item(s), you can choose to either get a prorated refund (if a promotion code was applied at your time or purchase), to your Hermo Account in the form of Hermo credits, or get the amount transferred to your bank account which you used to purchase the items. The refund will take up to 14 working days to get through, so be patient!

Note that when you return the items, you will have to pay for the postage charges for shipping. The shipping charges will then be returned to your account after the package is received by Hermo Malaysia.

Here’s a step by step instructional guide to return your parcel:

1. Email your enquiry to admin@hermo.sg with the subject ‘Return Item’.

2. The inquiry will take a maximum of 7 days to be processed by the Hermo team

3. Do remember to include a picture of your item(s), its condition and your order details for Hermo Malaysia’s record purposes

The refund and new items will be made available to you a minimum of 14 working days after Hermo Malaysia receives the return package. The amount that Hermo Malaysia will refund is based on the final payment which you previously made. This means that savings from vouchers and credit card discounts cannot be changed into cash term or Hermo Malaysia credits.
